I am a senior program and project management leader specializing in large-scale enterprise digital transformations, cloud programs, and data-driven business change. With nearly 20 years of experience, I have led complex, multi-million-dollar initiatives for global organizations across industries, working at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution.
My background spans global program leadership roles in organizations such as SAP, McCormick & Company, ABB, Electrolux, and IBM, where I have been responsible for end-to-end delivery of enterprise transformation programs, including SAP S/4HANA implementations, cloud transformation initiatives, global supply chain and trade compliance programs, and post-merger integrations. These engagements required strong governance, executive alignment, and the ability to translate strategic objectives into executable roadmaps with measurable business impact.
I am a certified Program Management Professional (PgMP®), Project Management Professional (PMP®), and Certified International Professional Negotiator (CIPN®), and an active contributor to the Project Management Institute as a Subject Matter Expert for global certification development. My work combines structured program governance with pragmatic decision-making, enabling organizations to manage complexity, prioritize effectively, and scale delivery capabilities.
Alongside my corporate roles, I work as a trainer and advisor, delivering intensive workshops and tailored sessions in program and project management, portfolio governance, and executive decision frameworks. My approach is practical and outcome-oriented: workshops are built around real organizational cases, real constraints, and real decisions, ensuring participants leave with actionable plans and reusable tools rather than theory alone.
I deliver engagements locally in Poland, across Europe, and remotely, supporting leaders, PMOs, and international teams in strengthening execution, governance, and strategic alignment in complex environments.
